This area of the site will contain the programs; housing, recreation, and education/career centers.The ground level is meant to serve as an entrance into the site, so the most public programs are there. There is lounge and cafe space, pool and activity space, and there are classrooms and study spaces. The second floor consists of housing units, lounge/cafe space, and basketball courts. The 3rd floor is the most private space, consisting of only housing.
