A pyramid with a 6:5 height-to-base edge ratio is hollowed by another pyramid of the same ratio with one of its trangular surfaces touching the ground. A smaller pyramid parallel and connected to the interior space is subtracted creating a notch as an entrance with a square shape on the surface of the outer pyramid. Two other pyramids with different angles cut the outer pyramid with two different kinds of openings. One is punched through a surface, and the other breaks up one edge of the outer pyramid.

These elevation iterations  show the intension to explore different ways for pyramids to interact with one another, creating various openings and forming different interior spaces with multiple edges.

The elevation view displays the square-shape opening shrinking down as one going into the pyramid. The opening carved on the edge is created by subtracting an inverted pyramid. The other opening is at the same level of the edge opening.

The section iterations show various combinations of pyramids with different angles and different proportions that are carved out of the outer pyramid. With the intention to align some surfaces of the pyramids, each interior space retains the trace of subtracted pyramids.

The section view explains the relationship of the two openings and the interior space. It also shows the contrast of the scale of the punched opening and the edge opening.
