Our group approached this site plan with five different programs. Those programs being a bathing house, a site for the terminally ill, housing for the blind, a teahouse and a childcare facility with housing for single parents. We divide the site into five equal parts and used a "confetti" method to scatter about programatic elements to create an overlap between the five programs.
Where I decided to focus was on a childcare facility that also provided housing opportunities for single parents.
