This isometric view shows a room created from one cubic mass which has been intersected by four other geometries. There are two entry points, one large circular opening from the ground level as well as a second door which is elevated on what might be considered a second level. This second entrance is created from a small rectangular prism intersecting the back left corner of the larger cube. There are four windows of the room. Two are created from a cylinder intersecting the upper-central region of the cube while the two lower windows are created from the same sphere which creates the large circular entrance. While this large sphere created part of the interior of the room as well, the space is extended inwards by another rectangular prism which is entirely contained by the overarching cube.

This is a series of elevation sketches which illustrates the process which brought me to the creation of the final structure. In the top left, the large sphere intersects all side of the larger cube. In the top right, the sphere shifts position while the cylinder is slightly rotated. The bottom left contains a similar sphere position to the final rendition while the inner rectangular prism is tilted inwards. The final version on the bottom right repositions and increases the size of the inner prism while adding an additional intersecting prism on the top left corner.

This elevation view shows how the top left of the front façade is pushed back by the intersecting prism. The side windows are visible which extend through the other side of the room. The dashed lines represent the contours created on the interior of the structure.

This series of section drawings shows a great deal of variation which occurred in the creative process. All four of these are cut through the centerline of the structure. A defining feature of the final version is the increase in interior volume.

This section cuts through the center of the room. One of the more revealing features of this view is the relationship between the openings made from the cylinder and the sphere. There are some interesting contours created.
