The site has been redesigned as a co-living space for homeless teens between the ages of 14 and 20.
Therapy, career and educational counseling, communal dining, and recreational spaces will be provided throughout the site with careful consideration and fulfillment of the residents' needs.
A covered walkway leading to the courtyard connects the buildings to the neighborhood.

Recreation includes activities such as rock climbing, swimming and fitness. The education area contains a library, classrooms and a place for communication. The therapy area is divided into small spaces for intimate conversations.
The housing area is placed on the second floor, connecting the outdoor garden to the recreatio area on the 4th floor.
