In this project, we are not targeting a specific group of people. Instead, we take into account the diversity of this real world. In the areas of the site near the main traffic, we have a bathhouse and a tea garden, two more open programs. On the inner side of the site, we have a center for the visually impaired, co-living for single parents, and a center for hospice care, which will serve people who need more privacy.

We call the strategy of the site ‘confetti’ because we share each other's functions in the whole site. This is to deal with the complexity of the real world. They include benches for small talk, memorial walls for the terminally illness people, toys for the blind, playgrounds for children, and gardens.

The concept of my project comes from the ‘friendship bench’, a space for the elderly and young people to interact with each other in order to open their hearts and minds. This project is to promote human interaction. With this in mind, the first floor of the building is a public bath, which is open to everyone, including people from outside the community. The second floor is for temporary housing, for people who what to have a journey to share and make friends.
