Yifan Ma
The project is dedicated to providing a platform for the community and the people around it to interact. It is a project for people who what to have a journey to share and make friends. The first floor is the public bath area and the second floor is the housing area.
The project explores the intermediate zone between public and private, rather than absolute openness or closure. The project incorporates ‘friendship benches’ with different spatial atmospheres in the baths, saunas, walkways, and narrow areas behind the house, catering to people with different social needs.
Compared to the bathing area, the housing area uses different materials, colors and forms to distinguish their different public attributes
